Jim Cassio is a green workforce consultant and author, and one of the nation’s foremost experts in workforce, career, and skills information. Jim specializes in industry, occupation, and skills research, analysis, and resource product development. In addition to hundreds of projects performed over two decades for local and regional clients, Jim has coordinated research & development projects for state and federal agencies, including O*NET pilot projects sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor. Jim is also the author of Your Guide to the Top 100 Careers, the Career Pathways Handbook, and the Green Careers Resource Guide. Jim is also a partner in CareerDNA – a new online resource for career planning and mentoring which is currently being used by the City University of New York (CUNY) - the largest urban university system in the United States.
